3rd IPPT.. passed again.. just abit more to get silver already... due to the standing board jump... i didnt make much effort in my run... cos i noe no more silver !! but im quite happy with my 2.4km run cos i improved... 9 sec faster and i can get silver.. hehe!! but still.. was not in my best condition to do my IPPT cos 1 week didnt exercise due to being sick... =/ and this week... im sick AGAIN... this time slight fever, cough + flu... weather has been bad my frens... take good care of urself...
i lost weight again!! this time im already below 80kgs... if i didnt see wrongly... wait till the results are printed out =) medical review is next wed... hopefully i can up my PES status which will benefit me very much for my posting... hopefully my efforts in slimming down will be paid off...
for the next few weeks alot of tests are coming up... 4th and last IPPT, drill test, PSOC, law test, senario based test... etc etc... will take up the next 3 weeks bah i suppose... after all the test can relax le! but still stuck there for another 1 mth i suppose? =/
my squad got selected as a demo squad for drills for the 135th intake de parents... like a performance thing lahs.. but have to compete with another squad so finally decide which squad will do the demo... kinda happy but im worried abt my leg... today do drills until ankle swollen.. zzz but still... its a plus points for our squad... brings glory haha! apprently everyone is kinda excited abt it.. =) way to go guys !
